Mission

To provide support to transferees and managers in the administration of corporate relocation policies and procedures. To collaborate with trusted global resources to ensure an effective and efficient employee move while utilizing our unique ability to generate revenue for our corporate clients. To continue to offer and expand upon corporate relocation policy management services as well as program counseling, needs assessments, household goods move management, real estate services, property management, lease negotiation, destination and settling in services.

 

About RPM

Relocation Properties Management (RPM) was established in 1988 and serves as a real estate entity designed to handle the entire spectrum of transactions.

RPM leadership quickly realized our unique resources would be a valuable asset to outside clients as well. Since then, RPM has served as partner to its clients in the area of contractual business handling domestic and international relocations.

RPM is a current member of the Employee Relocation Council (Worldwide ERC) and stays up to date with webinars, round tables and correspondence.  Our in house Broker maintains designations for Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).

RPM has the freedom of not being affiliated with any one relocation or real estate company. However, we do maintain a strong network of real estate agents, appraisers, inspectors and contacts to handle the needs of transferees and the client’s relocation program. Our vendors are continually evaluated on quality of service. Plus, we continue to expand our network in an effort to meet the needs of clients/transferees in the most remote areas.

Our overall goal? To help you achieve YOUR goals by effectively administering your relocation policy and staying within your budget. Our priority is helping your transferees achieve a seamless transition into their new position by anticipating and meeting their needs.
